A leading retirement community provider is seeking a Maintenance Operative at Cooper's Hill. You will be responsible for general maintenance duties, ensuring high standards of safety and quality for residents. The ideal candidate should have experience in pool plant operations and knowledge of health & safety regulations. As our Maintenance Operative you will perform a range of general and ground maintenance duties to a consistently high level and assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance, meeting the standards required by our owners and the business.
