We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
We are seeking a enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy customer‑focused Estates departments.
You will support a proactive maintenance service that meets the needs of the college now and in the future by being innovative in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department.
The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern. Working 37.5 hours per week over five days. Shifts are rotated between the team; hours will be discussed at interview. Whilst your main days of work will be Monday‑Friday, you will be required to work occasional Saturdays or Sundays to cover events such as open days.
The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by The Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Employees of The Leicestershire College are based at one of the campuses of Loughborough College Group.
