As a Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate closely with both front of house and back of house teams to ensure the safety and happiness of the hotel, its staff, and guests.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

• No two days are the same; daily tasks can vary widely.
• You should be comfortable getting hands-on—unclogging toilets in the morning, painting walls in the afternoon.
• Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, with professional help when necessary.
• Train new staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
• Recruit and build your team when staff leave.
• Work collaboratively across departments, supporting each other as one team.
