As a Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to ensure the safety and happiness of the hotel’s staff and guests.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a variety of tasks daily, often unpredictable until the day begins.
• Being hands-on, from unclogging toilets to painting walls.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance through regular checks.
• Performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, with professional help when necessary.
• Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
• Participating in the Duty Manager rota as part of the Head of Department team.
• Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
• Supporting a team-oriented environment by assisting across departments as needed.
