As a Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to keep the entire hotel, its staff, and guests safe and happy.

• No two days are ever the same; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
• You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty—you might be unclogging a toilet in the morning and painting a wall on a ladder in the afternoon.
• Health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must to ensure everyone's safety.
• You will perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, involving professionals when necessary.
• You will have the opportunity to train new staff to be as excellent as current team members.
• All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• When staff leave, you'll have the chance to recruit new talent for your team.
• We are one team; we help each other across departments when needed.
