As a Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate closely with both front and back of house teams to ensure the safety and happiness of the hotel, staff, and guests.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

• No two days are the same; daily tasks may vary unexpectedly.
• Be prepared to get your hands dirty—unclogging toilets in the morning, painting walls in the afternoon.
• Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, with professional assistance when needed.
• Train new staff to uphold our high standards.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
• Recruitment and team development are part of your responsibilities when staff leave.
• Support each other across departments as part of our team ethos.
