As a Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to keep the entire hotel, its staff, and guests safe and happy.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Points About the Role:

• No two days are ever the same; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
• You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty—unclogging a toilet in the morning, and painting a wall in the afternoon, might be part of your day.
• Health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must to ensure everyone's safety.
• You will complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs, with professionals helping when necessary.
• Training our new staff to be as excellent as our current team is part of your role.
• All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• When team members leave, you'll have the opportunity to recruit new talent.
• We are one team—everyone helps each other across departments when needed.
