A reputable facilities maintenance company is seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician for a long-term assignment in Havant. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance on a static commercial site, ensuring a stable work environment with no travel between locations. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £20 PAYE, equivalent to £41,600 annually upon permanent placement, providing excellent work-life balance and stability.

Qualifications

Static Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Site (Havant)

We are currently recruiting a Static Maintenance Electrician for a well-established facilities maintenance company, working on a large commercial site in Havant. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and no call-out requirements.

Role Details

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
• Working on a static commercial site (no travel between sites)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• No call-out required

Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
