You will monitor service events, manage repairs, liaise with dealers and suppliers and use systems like 1link to track SLA compliance. Basic salary is £33,755.65 with benefits including pension and holiday.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years workshop experience or NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with dealers/garages/suppliers and understand technical repairs to manage them efficiently.
• Computer literate and able to communicate effectively between team members, customers and suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proactive management of all service maintenance and repair events.
• Manage costs associated with Service, Maintenance & Repairs.
• Monitor supplier breakdown portal to capture unplanned SMR events and manage through to conclusion.
• Track trend types and make commercial decisions based on knowledge.
• Chase vehicles using the 1link system and authorise work with set SLAs.
