• Operating and monitoring automated production machinery
• Ensuring machines run efficiently and safely during operation
• Performing minor adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Carrying out regular quality checks and maintaining production records
• Adhering to strict hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily targets
