The Company

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position. MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days. Please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.

The Role

• Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
• Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
• Oversee a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
• Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Work in an environment with strong chemical smells.
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow the company's strict health and safety procedures.
