Job summary

Changing Social is seeking an enthusiastic M365 Trainer who loves helping people unlock Microsoft tech and AI. You’ll deliver engaging training across Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform, tailoring to audiences to ensure practical adoption.

You’ll create training materials, run workshops, support adoption, and collaborate with teams on governance and responsible AI. The role blends virtual and in-person sessions with clear communication to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in client-facing environments.
• Confident communicator and presenter, virtual and in person.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform training, tailoring to audience needs.
• Deliver training across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder and Power Platform.
• Create engaging training materials, guides and learning resources.
• Work with internal teams to tailor training for customers, including governance and responsible AI.
• Support adoption and change programmes around Microsoft 365 rollouts.
