Job summary

PA Consulting seeks a Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration Associate to help our people work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI technologies. You will work within the internal IT department, engaging stakeholders, turning ideas into practical solutions and supporting adoption across the organization.

The role requires growing expertise in Microsoft 365 and AI, coupled with delivery-focused collaboration across business users, technical teams and service owners.

Qualifications

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies.
• Ability to work independently, organise complex tasks and deliver to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and explain technical concepts simply.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into usable solutions, guidance or next steps.
• Experience contributing to pilots, change initiatives or service improvements and working through feedback to reach a practical outcome.
• Awareness of information protection, security and governance in a managed technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business problems and recommend practical Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Run structured discovery activities to clarify requirements, outcomes, constraints and measures of success.
• Build or support agents, workflows and low-code solutions with service owners and technical specialists.
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories, prototypes, or implementation plans.
