Job summary

Changing Social is seeking a proactive M365 Trainer to empower people and organisations to get more from Microsoft technologies and AI. You will deliver engaging training across Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform, and help teams apply learning to real work, driving adoption and confidence.

You’ll create and update materials, tailor content to customer needs, and run workshops that foster practical application and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in a client-facing environment.
• Confidence delivering training across Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions.
• A confident communicator and presenter, both virtually and in person.
• Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into simple, engaging and relevant content.
• Experience delivering Copilot or AI-focused training.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
• Experience supporting adoption or change-led transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform training tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Create sessions where participants understand how the wider Microsoft ecosystem comes together.
• Develop content across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including Copilot, Copilot Chat, AI, Agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Tailor training to customer requirements, including governance and responsible AI.
• Support wider change and adoption activities around Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform rollouts.
