Changing Social is seeking an enthusiastic M365 Trainer who loves helping people unlock Microsoft tech and AI. You’ll deliver engaging training across Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform, tailoring to audiences to ensure practical adoption.

You’ll create training materials, run workshops, support adoption, and collaborate with teams on governance and responsible AI. The role blends virtual and in-person sessions with clear communication to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Job description

We’re looking for an M365 Trainer who gets genuinely excited about helping people unlock the potential of Microsoft technology and AI.

Someone who can walk into a room, capture attention and leave people feeling inspired, confident and ready to put what they’ve learned into practice. You’ll deliver engaging training across Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform, helping people build the skills and confidence they need to embrace new ways of working.

For us, great training isn’t about reading from slides or simply showing people where to click. It’s about bringing technology to life, making it relevant to the person in front of you and helping them understand how it can genuinely make a difference to the way they work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Training Delivery

• Deliver engaging, end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform training, making sure every session is relevant to the audience and their needs.
• Deliver training across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Bring your knowledge of Modern Work applications such as Teams, Loop and SharePoint into your sessions, helping people understand how the wider Microsoft ecosystem comes together.
• Deliver virtual training, adapting your style to different audiences, levels of confidence and learning needs.
• Create sessions where people feel comfortable asking questions, getting involved and putting what they’re learning into practice.

Content Creation

• Create and keep training materials, presentations, guides and learning resources engaging, useful and up to date.
• Develop content across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including Copilot, Copilot Chat, AI, Agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Work with our internal teams to tailor training to our customers and their requirements, including areas such as governance and responsible AI.
• Look for ways to continuously improve our content and the overall learning experience.

Product Knowledge

• Keep your Microsoft knowledge fresh, staying on top of new features and functionality across Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform.
• Help people see how technology fits into their day-to-day work, using practical examples that make it relevant and useful.
• Bring areas such as AI-enabled working and low-code automation to life through relatable, everyday scenarios.
• Help customers build confidence with new tools and turn learning into real-world adoption.

User Support & Feedback

• Be there to support users with questions following training and help them overcome challenges.
• Listen to feedback from participants and use it to make future sessions even better.

Change & Adoption

• Support wider change and adoption activity around Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform rollouts.
• Help people understand best practice, including areas such as responsible AI, governance and data security.
• Make these topics easy to understand and relevant to how people actually use the technology.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in a client-facing environment.
• Confidence delivering training across Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions.
• A confident communicator and presenter, both virtually and in person.
• The ability to take complex or technical concepts and make them simple, engaging and relevant.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders, organisations and audiences.
• Able to adapt quickly and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• A genuine enjoyment of helping people learn and build confidence with technology.
• Experience delivering Copilot or AI-focused training.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
• Experience supporting adoption or change-led transformation programmes.
