Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration Associate to help our people work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot and emerging AI technologies. You will engage stakeholders, understand business problems and turn ideas into practical solutions across Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business problems and define practical Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build or support agents, workflows, automations and low-code solutions, with service owners and technical specialists as needed.
• Translate requirements into clear designs, user stories, prototypes, guidance or implementation plans appropriate to the opportunity.
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, workshops, training and targeted user guidance across the organisation.
