PA Consulting is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration Associate to help our people work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents and emerging AI technologies. Hybrid role; in the office at least 2 days per week, engaging stakeholders and turning ideas into practical solutions.

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies.
• Ability to work independently, organise complex tasks and deliver to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into usable solutions.
• Experience contributing to pilots, change initiatives or service improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to understand business problems, identify opportunities and recommend practical Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Run structured discovery activities to clarify requirements, desired outcomes, constraints, risks and measures of success.
• Build or support agents, workflows, automations and low-code solutions with service owners and technical specialists.
• Translate requirements into clear designs and implementation plans.
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, workshops, training and user guidance.
• Support pilots and proofs of concept with requirements, testing and follow-up actions.
• Apply responsible AI, governance, security, licensing and lifecycle considerations.
• Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and prioritise improvements based on data.
• Contribute to reusable patterns and communities of practice.
• Plan and organise work, manage risks and communicate progress across Microsoft 365 and AI services.
