A global actuarial firm in London seeks a part-qualified actuary to support M&A due diligence, focusing on reserving, capital, and pricing. Are you a part-qualified actuary with experience in the non-life insurance/reinsurance sectors? Do you have strong experience in GI reserving? Are you looking for your next career development role within a leading-edge, global firm?

Having responsibility for providing actuarial M&A due diligence support for the Group’s new acquisitions, you will assist with reserving, capital and pricing duties.
You will also draft actuarial due diligence papers in relation to the work performed, including the reserving, capital and valuation metrics.
In addition, you will support the overall transition of successful deals to the Reserving & Reporting Actuarial team and wider business.
Prior reserving and capital experience is essential.
Experience within transaction due diligence and/or risk-based pricing would be an advantage.
