Job summary

The Fears Watch Company is seeking a committed and passionate Watch Assembly Technician to join our Operations Department. You will be responsible for assembling our watches, building component kits, and maintaining stock while upholding our high-quality standards.

Based in Bristol with a 40-hour week, you will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to a fast-paced workshop environment, where accuracy and teamwork are essential to delivering luxury timepieces to demanding customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician for luxury watches.
• WOSTEP/BHI diploma desirable but not essential.
• Impeccable attention to detail, highly organised, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of Fears watches in line with quality standards.
• Assemble build kits and manage component stock transfers.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and properly maintain tools.
• Quality control of components and final QC of assembled watches (target <1%).
• Test movements and water resistance; final regulation to match specs.
• Maintain stock records and communicate needs to Operations Team.
