Job summary

The Fears Watch Company is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations Department at our Bristol head office. The role covers watch assembly, kit preparation, stock management and quality control, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician on luxury watches.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high dexterity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• WOSTEP / BHI diploma desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble watches to Fears quality standards.
• Compile build-kits and manage stock transfers.
• Maintain workshop and ensure cleanliness and proper tool maintenance.
• Test components (including time-testing) and water resistance.
