Job summary

You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure exceptional in-store standards across service, merchandising, and operations. The role requires previous supervisory experience in premium brands, strong communication and people-management abilities, and the energy to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve top customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team with personnel, product & merchandising functions, processes and results.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience with fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales and KPIs.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing and floor management.
• Focus on building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure visual merchandising and back room practices are followed.
• Help build a talent pool for key positions including successors.
