Job summary

TOMMY HILFIGER stores, under PVH Corp., are seeking a Supervisor in London to lead by example and inspire teams in a premium retail environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining high in-store standards across the brand and its Tommy Hilfiger line.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation.
• Maintain a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties, opening/closing store and sales floor.
• Foster talent pool for key positions and successors.
