Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role within premium or luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience for customers and staff; maintain training on product knowledge and store standards.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and support succession planning.
