• Well-rounded background in retailing luxury goods and operations management.
• Significant retail management experience within a luxury retail environment.
• Commercial awareness of the luxury market.

• Manage stock and after sales team.
• Supervise cashier experience and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to group, Maison, and store policies and guidelines.
• Oversee store maintenance and communicate updated guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Group Security and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Integrate store processes to connect front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Develop innovative tools to support new operational processes.
• Coordinate store operating processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a seamless client experience and journey in-store.
• Coordinate team rotas and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster team collaboration and ambassador role for the Maison.
