Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for our Regent Street Flagship in London. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure flawless store operations, deliver exceptional service, and drive retail performance.

You will develop and lead a high-performing, inclusive team, own talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and employee relations, and champion a customer-centric, luxury experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience building talent pipelines through networking.
• Experience handling employee relations professionally and confidentially.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader to drive success of Regent Street Flagship.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Brand Ambassadors.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing culture with feedback and development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Act as a role model for the SKIMS Standard in professionalism and leadership.
• Lead daily business walks, team huddles, and operational communications.
