Richemont is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead daily store operations, drive luxury sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in a London boutique.

You will coach the team, ensure adherence to brand standards, manage stock and visual merchandising, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize performance and VIP engagement. The role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and a proactive approach to training and development.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.
• Excellent in client management and building relationships.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are beneficial.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day boutique operations and drive sales targets.
• Lead and coach boutique team; manage schedules and training.
• Ensure brand guidelines, Visual Merchandising and stock control.
• Oversee customer experience, CRM activities, VIP events.
• Prepare reports on sales and performance.
