Job summary

Diptyque is seeking a proactive Store Manager for its London flagship to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach the team, uphold service standards, and ensure seamless execution of all brand initiatives.

Responsibilities include achieving sales KPIs, managing stock and visual merchandising, coordinating product launches and events, and maintaining accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales KPIs for the store, focusing on sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and CRM.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve results and maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate product launches, in-store displays, events and sampling campaigns.
• Manage cash handling, till procedures, reporting and loss prevention.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and represent the Diptyque brand.
