Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/management role within luxury spa, wellness, leisure or hospitality.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of revenue generation.
• Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, fitness and wellness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in daily operation of spa, fitness and wellness facilities.
• Lead, motivate and develop the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect Four Seasons luxury standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll administration and team performance management.
• Monitor facility standards, cleanliness and presentation to maintain a world-class environment.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support achievement of departmental revenue goals through treatments, retail and memberships.
• Assist with inventory management, stock controls and ordering of spa supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and procedures.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Support wellness programmes, spa promotions and events.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance metrics.
