Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire invites applications for a Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to support daily spa, fitness and wellness operations in a luxury setting. You will lead the spa team, ensure world-class guest experiences, and partner with the Spa & Wellness Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication and a proactive, guest-centric approach in a premium hospitality environment. Weekend and holiday coverage is expected.

We are now seeking an experienced, passionate, and people‑focused Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to support the leadership and daily operation of our Spa & Wellness department. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team engagement, and financial performance. As Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Spa & Wellness Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives a personalised and memorable experience from arrival through departure.

What you will do

• Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the daily operation of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and personalised service
• Assist with scheduling, payroll administration, and overall team performance management
• Monitor facility standards, cleanliness, and presentation to ensure a world‑class environment at all times
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively
• Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals through treatment, retail, and membership sales initiatives
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of spa products and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and operating procedures
• Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and promote wellness offerings
• Support the implementation of wellness programmes, spa promotions, and special events
• Prepare operational reports and assist with monitoring departmental performance metrics

What you bring

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury spa, wellness, leisure, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
• Passion for wellness, health, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue generation and retail performance
• Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, fitness, and wellness services is highly desirable
• Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
