Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver massage therapies, facials, and holistic treatments in a luxury spa setting overlooking Hyde Park.

You will tailor treatments to guest needs, uphold five-star service, and contribute to a serene guest experience. The role offers full-time hours, training, and progression within a globally renowned luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Qualified beauty therapist or massage therapist with reputable certification.
• Experience in luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness preferred.
• Excellent guest care and five-star service standards.
• Passion for wellbeing and holistic treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good spoken and written English; Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of massage therapies, facials and body treatments to high standards.
• Personalise treatments to guest needs and preferences.

The role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments designed to enhance wellbeing and create memorable guest experiences.

You will deliver massage therapies, specialist facials, and bespoke wellness treatments while ensuring every guest receives personalised care and exceptional service. Working within a luxury spa environment, you will help create an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing that exceeds expectations.

What you will do

• Deliver a range of massage therapies, facials, and body treatments to the highest standards
• Personalise treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences
• Create memorable and meaningful wellness experiences for every guest
• Recommend spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products confidently and professionally
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa
• Build strong product and treatment knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes
• Work collaboratively with the wider Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences

What we are looking for

• Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
• Excellent understanding of guest care and five star service standards
• Passion for wellbeing, spa therapies, and holistic treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and a guest focused mindset
• Good spoken and written English
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• Full time position based on either a 32 or 40 hour week depending on preference
• Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
