Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is seeking a guest services/Reception style team member to welcome guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, show guests to rooms and provide information about our hotel and spa offerings.

You’ll respond to requests, help maintain public areas and support Reception as needed. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a competitive hourly rate and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services.
• Ability to follow procedures and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure with their luggage.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and promptly meet guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms and share information about hotel and spa facilities.
• Assist with delivering guest requests such as room service, transfers, taxi requests.
• Keep public areas tidy and replenished throughout the day.
• Coordinate with reception and other departments for smooth experiences.
• Assist on reception duties when required.
