Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Spa Facilities Assistant to support the spa experience at our luxury resort in Staffordshire. You will help maintain clean, safe and welcoming spa environments and assist guests with information and services during their visits.

In this role you will monitor pool and spa areas, test and adjust chemical levels, keep spa areas tidy and support Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures while upholding high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Be friendly, approachable and confident speaking with guests
• Have an interest in pool and spa quality standards
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and safety

£12.71 per hour
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
5 days out of 7 | Morning, afternoon & evening shifts

The Role

As a Spa Facilities Assistant, you'll play an important part in creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

You'll help keep our spa facilities clean, safe and beautifully maintained, while offering friendly and professional service throughout each guest's visit.

You'll also work closely with teams across the resort to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

You'll need to:

• Be 18 or over due to the nature of the role
• Have previous customer service experience
• Be friendly, approachable and confident speaking with guests
• Have an interest in pool and spa quality standards
• Have excellent attention to detail, particularly around cleanliness and safety

Even better if you have:

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment
• Pool or spa management qualifications
• A Certified Pool Operator (CPO) qualification or similar
