Job summary

Belstaff in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the shop floor team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and model exceptional customer service while ensuring the brand’s visual standards are met and stock is accurately presented.

You will train and develop the team to deliver budget goals, manage daily operations, and maintain relationships with clients and the local community. The role requires a 40-hour week on-site and a proactive store leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets by coaching and mentoring the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure product knowledge and stock availability.
• Train and develop staff to meet budget goals and service standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising to reflect brand standards and ensure accurate pricing.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as sales reporting, banking, HR docs and health & safety records.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, sales team and local community.
• Coordinate and coach staff for training, events, and KPI achievement.
