Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service and resolving issues.
• Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams.
• Experience setting and achieving KPIs in a store.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team to meet KPI targets.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and store performance through reports and updates to management.
• Assist with stock management, payroll, admin and rotas.
• Deliver an exceptional 1-2-1 customer service journey and put the customer first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through coaching and product knowledge.
