Job summary

Belstaff Swindon is seeking a Sales Associate to maximise store revenue and build a loyal client base. You will deliver entrepreneurial customer service, greet and advise clients, and promote Belstaff products across the full collection.

The role requires strong relationship building with clients and colleagues, a commitment to outstanding luxury service, and the ability to upsell, handle stock and stock security, and work with Store Manager on daily decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Ability to greet and advise clients with confidence.
• Proactive in cross-selling and upselling.
• Strong product knowledge across Belstaff range.

Responsibilities

• Set in-store sales benchmarks and meet targets.
• Greet, advise and help clients in a luxury environment.
• Cross-sell and upsell across product offers.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock accuracy.
• Liaise with Store Manager on daily decisions.
