Belstaff is seeking a Sales Associate in the UK to maximise store revenue while building a strong client base and delivering exceptional luxury retail service. You will greet and advise clients, understand their needs, and showcase Belstaff products with confidence and professionalism.

The role requires a proactive team player who can upsell, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to creating an engaging in-store experience that reflects the Belstaff brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Able to upsell and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Set the sales benchmark in store by driving sales and supporting colleagues to hit targets.
• Greet, advise and help clients to find the best products for their needs.
• Cross-sell across all product offers and walk clients through the store collection.
• Ensure customer service levels meet and exceed company expectations and act as a role model for sales standards.
• Stay up to date on local events to engage clients and promote conversations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and other managers on day-to-day safety, profitability and store operations.
