Job summary

Belstaff is seeking a Keyholder for our Wakefield store to maximise sales while delivering exceptional client service. You will lead on the shop floor, train colleagues and ensure the brand standards are reflected in every interaction.

Working a 32-hour week, you will build strong client relationships, support budgets, and maintain stock and security procedures in line with Belstaff's luxury retail criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and delivering high standards of client service.
• Ability to achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Knowledge of stock handling and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set in-store sales benchmarks and drive personal targets.
• Greet, advise and assist clients with product recommendations.
• Cross-sell and upsell across all store products.
• Maintain product knowledge including care, customization, and aftersales.
• Uphold stock security and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Head Office.
