Belstaff International in Castleford is seeking a proactive Keyholder to maximise store sales while building a strong client base and delivering superior customer service.

You will model sales standards on the shop floor, support the team to hit budgets, and ensure the brand's visual presentation meets the highest standards.

This 32-hour per week contract requires excellent relationship skills, product knowledge, and the ability to engage with local customers and events.

• Proven sales experience with strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate others to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation.
