FLANNELS Merryhill is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Advisors, driving commercial success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Store Manager and help manage stock packages, training sessions, and product knowledge across premium brands.

The role requires a year of experience in luxury fashion retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication to engage with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and identify opportunities in line with trends.
• Lead and develop the store team with coaching and support.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs, wage controls, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee stock movement and store audits to maintain visual standards.
