Job summary

FLANNELS Liverpool flagship is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead the Ladieswear floor and drive commercial success. You will oversee Sales Advisors, run training sessions, and partner with head office on stock packages, ensuring a premium customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will monitor KPI performance, support development, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, brand-savvy leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Proven ability to support, motivate and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge including brands, fashion trends and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations including merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success of the store and lead to meet KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance in line with trends.
• Support leadership in implementing strategic plans and department goals.
• Analyze data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Lead and inspire the store team; coach and develop staff.
• Collaborate with Store Management and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
