Job summary

FLANNELS in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to lead a premium fashion team and drive store performance. You will work with senior management to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage stock and training, and ensure brand standards across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience in leading a team and driving store performance.
• Strong knowledge of products, brands and trends within premium fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial success and store performance as part of the leadership team.
• Lead and coach the store team, providing guidance and feedback.
• Develop the team and support progression through training and coaching.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor KPIs, achieve sales targets, and manage incentives and bonuses.
