FLANNELS Meadowhall is seeking an experienced Supervisor to help drive store performance and commercial success at our flagship location. You will lead a team of Sales Advisors, coach staff, and work with head office on stock packages and training initiatives.

The role reports to the Store Manager and operates on a fixed-term contract through 8 November 2027, with a comprehensive rewards package including discounts, bonuses and development opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision making

Responsabilidades

• Support the store leadership to drive commercial performance and achieve KPIs
• Lead and inspire the sales team, providing coaching and clear direction
• Oversee daily operations, stock handling and loss prevention
• Run training sessions to upskill staff and improve product knowledge
• Collaborate with managers to implement strategic plans and optimize store performance
