Job summary

FLANNELS in Liverpool is seeking a Supervisor for our flagship store to lead the ladieswear department, coach a team of Sales Advisors, and collaborate with head office on stock packages and product knowledge training. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive commercial performance, monitor KPIs, and maintain high standards of service, stock control and store operations.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge of brands, trends and materials
• Understanding of merchandising, stock control and loss prevention
• Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's commercial performance and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance with current trends
• Support strategic plans to meet departmental goals
• Analyse data to inform decisions
