Job summary

FLANNELS in St Helens seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium retail team and drive performance across all KPIs. You will oversee commercial strategy, stock management, and staff development within a luxury fashion environment.

You will report to the Area Manager and guide a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, delivering exceptional customer service while meeting business goals and budgeting targets. A passion for premium brands and strong leadership are essential.
