Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our Trafford store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

You’ll use mobile POS and clienteling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy floor environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
