As a frontline ambassador, you will build client relationships, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives. The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, fashion trend awareness, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and live-stream/social selling is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising while maintaining standards.
• Process transactions accurately and handle online pickups.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
