Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and hit sales KPIs.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Operate POS, clienteling tools, and social selling.
• Handle daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising.
• Support inventory movement and collaborate with the team.
