Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires building client relationships, using POS and social platforms, and contributing to daily store operations while maintaining high service standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred; education+experience considered
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); walkie-talkie use; read price/release sheets
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demos experience; clienteling and data acquisition preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• EU English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment and assist teammates as required.
