Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Personal Shopping Coordinator in Knightsbridge to support Personal Shoppers and ensure a seamless client journey through stock coordination and operational tasks.

You'll work closely with Personal Shoppers, handle stock movement across departments, and coordinate dispatch and returns while upholding till and security procedures. This is a fully on-site role, five days a week, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or operational support role.
• Strong systems and till knowledge; capable of processing transactions accurately.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities, calls and emails.
• Solid understanding of stock management and inventory processes.
• Excellent communicator; builds relationships across teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable handling stock and moving products in a physical role.

Job description

Our Personal Shopping team are now looking for a Personal Shopping Coordinator to join them. Supporting a fast-paced and highly client-focused environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience by coordinating stock movement and supporting the operational side of the client journey.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with Personal Shoppers and report into the Personal Shopping Manager, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service in every interaction. You’ll be responsible for coordinating stock movement across the store, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and accurately to clients.

• Manage stock movement across departments, ensuring efficient delivery to clients and internal stakeholders
• Oversee stock counts and ensure timely returns to Concession and Own Bought departments
• Maintain stock accuracy, promptly resolving discrepancies and escalating where needed
• Coordinate stock between Harrods locations, including dispatch, collection points, and customer areas
• Process transactions, handle client orders, and prepare items for dispatch
• Follow all compliance and security procedures, including till operations and stock protocols
• Work closely with stock control and operational teams to ensure clear communication and accurate tracking
• Support Personal Shoppers with operational tasks to deliver a seamless client experience

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of 7 days per week.

About You

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. With strong operational knowledge and a collaborative approach, you’ll be confident supporting multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.
