You will develop the team, manage stock, and implement visual standards while maintaining brand integrity and operational efficiency. The role offers strong development opportunities within a premium fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong customer service background with client network.
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the commercial success of the store and drive store performance.
• Lead and inspire the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to meet targets and deadlines.
• Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Control stock movement, store audits, and visual standards per company guidelines.
